I would like to thank all of the students and staff at Ralston School that helped our Jump Rope for Heart day go smoothly. Everyone had something to contribute to the day. Ralston School will be making a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Fund this year. Other years students have collected donations for this very worthy cause.
I believe the greatest contribution that you can give to the Heart and Stroke Foundation is the gift of participation. For every day that you remain active and every person you motivate to keep moving in the name of heart health, we are saving hundreds and thousands of dollars needed for health care. Keep up the good work.
